Makeup help? my face has a serious problem against foundation

So, my face has a serious problem against foundation. I started using a red concealer and it has helped until last week. Now my foundation is starting to get orange again. I have a very hard time getting foundation to even match my face.

But, I'm using BareMinerals (does anyone have a cheaper recommendation?). In store they recommended the Medium shade (and that was the only option I was given) but I'm pretty darn pale.

Makeup routine - HardCandy red concealer (I let it dry before continuing), bare minerals (fairly light), the transparent bare minerals, then mascara and other stuff if I get that far.
