What are the reputation of these fashion brands in your country?

Looking at past threads, there were some interesting answers how different cities, and especially countries view different brands. Naturally these will be larger brands with more international presence. So how is it perceived in your area? I'll start

area: Northern Japan
Ralph Lauren: good quality but popular with children, middle age or seniors. They prefer the big horse over the small.
Lacoste: emptier stores, but I've always noticed clientele are always some rich old guy and hot young woman
Fred Perry: very popular among college students
Abercrombie and Fitch: very popular among 25-50. Not uncommon to see middle age people wearing it. They prefer big moose or wording
Uniqlo: popular and unpopular at the same time. Associated with cheap basics. Everyone goes there to get socks, dress shirts, airism, heattech. But when it comes to statement pieces, you'll find a lot of "but If I buy that, I'm likely to run into some one else also wearing it, so I don't want it!"
Adidas: popular streetwear brand among high schoolers and college age. Adidas of Japan makes a lot of Japan only stuff under the Originals label. Expensive
Gap: popular, people here think it is higher quality than Uniqlo
HM: popular among a wide group of ages, but especially high school and college. But a lot of stuff are totally ignored, like shirts with Chinese or Japanese characters. Many here prefer English words on their clothes
Zara: Popular among young men working in the red light areas or middle aged men trying to cling on to their youth (think of a Japanese version of Guidos)
