Would these hair colors be good for my hair?

I've currently got very faded red hair/dark blonde and I wanna color my hair either orange (Hayley Williams ish) or blue (not sure which shade of blue I want yet though) and I wanna know if it's possible without bleaching?

My natural hair color is dark blonde and I've only colored it once about 6 weeks ago I guess (auburn red) but that color has faded a lot now. I have also figured out that I've got a warm skintone, i've got a picture of myself in a thread I posted before this one if you need to see one.

What would be best for me and my hair, blue or orange?And does any of those colors tend to wash out quickly because since I get greasy hair fast I need to wash it often.You can suggest any other color if none of these would work for my hair, but I do not want to bleach it!
